UPHA Annual Membership Meeting and Proposed Bylaw Changes

All UPHA members are encouraged to attend the Professional and Associate Annual Members' meetings during the UPHA National Conference on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, which will be held at the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada from January 12 to 15, 2026.
The UPHA Governance Committee has submitted proposed bylaw changes that have been approved by the UPHA Board of Directors. These proposed changes will be discussed and voted on by the membership during the UPHA Professional Members Meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
Per Article XIII, SECTION 1 of the UPHA Membership Bylaws, the membership is hereby notified of these proposed bylaw changes.
