An American Saddlebred Museum Garden Party on July 7

The American Saddlebred Museum is pleased to announce their annual fundraiser on Sunday, July 7 at 1:00 p.m. This year’s Garden Party will be held at the American Saddlebred Museum. The event is a celebration of the Museum’s new Heritage Garden.  Designed by noted garden designer, Jon Carloftis, the Heritage Garden will create an enchanting entrance to the American Saddlebred Museum for visitors from around the world. The foundation of the Heritage Garden is the beautiful CHWild-Eyed And Wicked sculpture by Sally Jackson. The redesign will be highlighted by the installation of CHWill Shriver’s headstone, a gift from Callaway Hills Farm. Will Shriver was the 1976 Five-Gaited World’s Grand Champion and prominent stallion, a foundational figure for the industry. The Museum is proud to preserve this important piece of history.

Museum staff are planning an unforgettable event to celebrate. Hosted by Carson Kressley, the Garden Party festivities include a ribbon cutting, fashion show, pop-up shops and light lunch. Jon Carloftis will give remarks and sign his latest book. The style show will be provided by Carl Meyers, Stuart Mercer, Hats by Katie, the Fetzer Face and Freedman’s. Fashion show participants will have pop-up shops at the Museum.  Additionally, there will be silent and live auctions with once-in-a-lifetime items available for bidding.

Event updates and ticket information will be available on the Museum’s website at asbmuseum.org.
