River Ridge Is USEF Lite Rated



Barbara Dunham, manager of the River Ridge Charity Horse Show, announced that the show has been granted USEF Lite status for its April 24-27 event at the Ohio State Fairgrounds, Columbus, Ohio.

David Cater will judge the show and will be joined in center ring by photographer Howie Schatzberg, ringmaster Tim Schubert and announcer Wyatt Lilly. In addition to a full schedule of American Saddlebred, Hackney, Morgan and roadster classes, the show offers two Parade classes, two Walk/Trot Pleasure 12 & Under classes and a group of open classes for riding and driving. New to the schedule this year is the Sunrise Junior Hunter Challenge.

Closing out the Friday evening session will be the $5,000 Pro/Am Battle Of The Breeds. The class is walk and trot only with the professional riding the first way of the ring and the amateur riding the second way. First place money is $2,500 with the remaining monies being paid through eighth place.
