UPHA Annual Membership Meeting and Proposed Bylaw Changes

All UPHA members are encouraged to attend the Professional and Associate Annual Members' meetings during the UPHA National Conference, which will be held at the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans, LA, from January 8 to 11, 2025.
The UPHA Governance Committee has submitted proposed bylaw changes that have been approved by the UPHA Board of Directors. These proposed changes will be discussed and voted on by the membership during the UPHA Professional Members Meeting on Thursday, January 9, 2025.
Per Article XIII, SECTION 1 of the UPHA Membership Bylaws, the membership is hereby notified of these proposed bylaw changes.
